“We were super fortunate to find Martinez Framing. First off Miguel was very responsive to my outreach and immediately set up a time to come and give an estimate on the project. We agreed on a fair price and scheduled the work. Miguel and his son showed up as expected and worked diligently on the project until it was complete. They replaced our old front door that was rusting and rotting at the frame. And in a matter of hours, we went from a horrible looking an air leaking front door to a beautiful airtight entryway to our home. We are so happy with how it looks and how it feels, but even more happy that we have found some carpenters that do quality work for a fair price. I already have them lined up for multiple other projects. I feel blessed to have found them.”

“Bruno and Lucas did a phenomenal job painting my apartment. I had a small time frame for the job to be done, but they were highly flexible and communicative. They listened to my concerns and did a beautiful job at a fair price. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking to have paint work done in Somerville.”

“We had an awesome experience working with Dan Rocha and the team at BC Custom Builders.Dan and his crew basically handled a full renovation of our home everything short of knocking down walls and somehow kept things on track even when a few outside factors couldve easily slowed the project down. In the end, everything worked out exactly as we hoped. What really stood out to me was how mindful Dan is about budget. He genuinely understands how much every extra dollar matters during a renovation, and he was very intentional about protecting ours. The original quote stayed very close to what we actually paid, and any increases were tied to things we chose to add not surprises or overages coming from his side. And honestly, the biggest thing: Dan was incredibly responsive the entire time. That level of communication builds a ton of trust, and we always felt confident things were in good hands.Would absolutely recommend him to anyone taking on a big home project.”

“We couldn’t be happier with the work Monroys Carpenters did on our deck and screened-in porch project. Christian and Alber did an incredible job transforming our outdated, worn-down, and honestly somewhat falling-apart deck into a functional, comfortable space that we absolutely love spending time in now. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show in the finished product. Omar, the owner, was fantastic from start to finish. He took care of every detail, stayed extremely communicative throughout the entire project, and made sure everything ran smoothly. It’s rare to find someone so responsive and invested in making sure the customer is happy. We’re beyond pleased with the final result and would absolutely recommend Omar and his team to anyone looking to have work done. Great people, great communication, and excellent workmanship all around.”

“It's a small job, so he'll contact me in the next week or two when he'll have a window of time for it. That's fine for my schedule.”

“Show up when they say they will, hardworking and quality work. Will def be hiring again”
