“What a fantastic experience working with Tiago Cecchinel! My wife Cheryl recently purchased a beautiful print that we had professionally matted and framed. We knew exactly where we wanted to hang it, high up on the wall in our two-story foyer. Unfortunately, I didn't have a ladder tall enough to reach the spot, nor was I particularly comfortable working at that height. Cheryl reached out through Thumbtack for some quotes, and Tiago responded almost immediately. He was professional, courteous, and offered to come by later that very afternoon! Tiago arrived with a coworker, something I really appreciated given the height he was working at. Before getting started, they carefully laid down drop cloths to protect our floors. What impressed me most was Tiago's attention to detail. Hanging a large framed picture perfectly level on two screws requires precise measurements, especially when you don't want unnecessary holes in your wall. Tiago measured, double-checked, and even triple-checked his calculations before drilling. I also picked up a clever little trick watching him use painter's tape to catch the drywall dust while drilling. You can bet I'll be stealing that idea for my own projects! The entire job took about an hour, and when they left, our foyer was every bit as clean as when they arrived. The finished result looks absolutely beautiful, and Cheryl and I couldn't be happier! It's refreshing to find someone who takes such pride in their workmanship, even on a relatively small project. We will absolutely be calling Tiago again for future projects and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, professional, and conscientious handyman. Thank you, Tiago, for a job exceptionally well done!”

“My homeowners hired Mike after meeting with two other contractors to oversee a renovation of their home. Mike was professional, punctual, and thoroughly scoped the project from the get go. Although his pricing wasn’t the lowest in the initial bid process, it encompassed the full scope so there were very little surprises that popped up, and for the minor unforeseeable ones that did we were able to quickly pivot with amazing creative solutions. His team, including an electrician and flooring installer did a great job, and we are all delighted with the results so far. Mikes work quality and knowledge is also superior. Highly recommend him for a trustworthy and transparent process.”

“Angel and his whole team are so professional and very hard working. They always come to the Job site very early morning and finish the job on time! They did garage framing, roofing and siding for us. All three are finished almost within a week. Good quality and very efficient. Very communicable and countable team!”

“Fernando does fantastic work. I have had him come by and complete a few jobs. He is a perfectionist and really cares about the work he provides. I will always reach out to him if I need work done.”

“St. George Constuction was the finish carpenter on my kitchen and bath remodel. It was truly a pleasure to work with Ian and his staff. The work was top notch and communication and availabilty throughout the project was great. For example they built a custom mudroom closet that was not part of our spec drawings. We sat down, i showed Ian some examples of what we had in mind and together we came up with a functional elegant finished product. His insight was never overbearing just mindful which was great.”

“Great job came in painted my living area and took care of any imperfections. Very professional and clean work”
