“Our front door frame had rot and our door was not closing properly. This team were incredibly responsive and punctual. They crafted a custom door frame that perfectly blends in with the look of our home. The carpentry work was very precise and detailed. We will def hire them again should we need some more work around the house.”

“However, after working with Jonathan the past two weeks, I can easily say he's the best contractor I've had the privilege of working with. He was professional from the start, hard-working, honest, and the quality of his work is top notch. He's detail-oriented and takes pride in making sure his work is excellent, not just good enough. I'm glad we found Jonathan as we'll be using him in the future and I can't recommend enough that you should too. You won't be disappointed. Things Jonathan did for us: whole house trim out including hanging 19 interior doors, trimming out all windows and doors with a custom craftsman-style trim, installed shiplap on our main ceiling (25 ft tall and about 650 sq ft), and installed shiplap and barn wood in our master bedroom.”

“Central Pacific took over our bathroom remodel after another contractor left us mid-project. I was impressed with the efficiency and quality of work, Central Pacific was very transparent. They set expectations, and in the end, exceeded those expectations.”

“We had a great experience with Texan Services. A huge storm rolled through our area and ripped the chimney caps off of our roof. We were in Portugal at the time - our neighbors gave us the bad news! I called Jason with Texan and he sent one of his roofers, Roman, out to take a look at the damage right away, and to cover my chimneys to prevent water damage while they ordered new caps. I was given an upfront estimate and the parts were ordered right away. I was updated regularly and notified of the install date as soon as all of the parts arrived. Roman and his crew went on the appointed day and installed everything and even sent me pictures of the finished work. I appreciate all of their help and would definitely use them again in the future! (The companys invoice system could use some tweaking, but other than that, it was great working with them!)”

“I'm a Texas Realtor with 21 years of experience. I first hired Hagan's Restoration & Construction in 2020 to restore the exterior of my own home, and I've continued to use Patrick Hagan since. I've also referred him to 8 to 10 family members, neighbors, and clients, and from what they've shared with me, they have had great experiences with his work. I'm currently working with his company again on a home I'm preparing to list. In my experience, Patrick is honest and easy to work with. He has a good eye for color and balance, which has allowed me to hand off make-ready projects with little direction from me. I've found the quality of the work to be good, and the fact that I keep hiring him and sending others his way reflects my overall satisfaction. This is my own opinion based on my personal experience. I have not received compensation for this review. Realtor, Gina Warrington”
