“The fast response through Thumbtack, from Dan was so appreciated. Tyler arrived much earlier than planned and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was able to have a new water heater delivered and installed the same day. Very professional company with a sense of urgency, which is rare these days. I appreciate them so much.”

“I received a flyer for the water heater flush special so I scheduled that service. Ray did that and did a walk around outside and inside for a safety inspection. I mentioned about the outside faucets needed replacement and he noticed the manifold type was old and fragile and recommended changing from the gate style to the lever for safety. He was able to do that all in a few hours and seal it up at a reasonable price. He had to work through unexpected complications from my older pipes and a thunderstorm. This work has a one year warranty”
