For the install, the team showed up on time, were very thorough, pleasant and professional. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves (you could not tell they were here) and hauled away the old unit. We are VERY happy with everything. Our Mini Split A/C unit is super cold and comfy, quiet and the install was done beautifully and flawlessly. There was also an issue with the drain from the old unit that was removed and they had to run a new drain pipe and Sammy included it in the job with no extra charge - not even for the parts. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and we feel the price we paid was a very good value for the high quality of the unit and the excellent work.
