“A few weeks ago I contacted the company about installing a new water heater I intended to purchase. They dispatched Luis who was a total professional and courteous to do a site review and discuss supporting items I'd need for the project. He immediately provided a quote while still sitting in my driveway. After considerations of other discussions and quotes from other companies I went with Your Friendly H2O Pros. Fortunately Luis was assigned for the install. He showed up yesterday morning and did a wonderful job getting the old unit out and the new one deployed in less than two hours. He cleaned up after himself and discarded all items/materials I had no use of. Will easily rely on this team going forward.”

“Two days later Josh installed a new water heater including a de-scaler device to reduce hardness by 70%. Installation was key. We purchase a Bradford White unit which is not sold in big box stores and requires professional installation. Wife says she can tell a difference when washing her hair, but nothing significant. All good here!”

“Great business, awesome communication, great product, quick installation. Aaron did a great job explaining everything, was quick left no mess behind.”
