“Jamar did a great job cleaning our vents and treating the mold in our hvac system.”

“I was dreading the thought of having to wait at least a day for an appointment just to be told the system would need to be replaced. And then how long might that take? I found Absolute Climate Control online and read in other reviews about their quick and professional service. First, shout out to Audrey who took my call. She is great! Very reassuring and knowledgeable. She even told me about having portable AC units for their customers just in case of emergency. She gave me a real sense of how this company feels about their customers. After securing an appointment for later that day, I knew things were going to work out. Jonathan arrived on time and was equally reassuring. Plus, he has a great sense of humor! He got to work quickly and verified the problem and fixed it in no time. He was very professional, taking time to answer all of my questions and made suggestions to help prolong the life of our system. He even called the next day and helped me make adjustments to the thermostat to further improve its function. We definitely will be using this company going forward. I highly recommend Absolute Climate Control!”
