“Had a fantastic experience with Spencer Kaesemeyer! I had called Arlinghaus because the hot water pipe leading to my water heater had developed a slow leak. Spencer came over and said he could fix it no problem and also let me know that Arlinghaus was running a special on water heater flushes which I agreed to do. He did an awesome job repairing the pipe & leak and since he has flushed the tank it has not knocked once! Additionally, once the tank was flushed, I noticed there was a leak coming from my TPR valve on the tank and he came over the next day again and fixed that up for me too! He was very professional and allowed me to ask a million questions and he answered every single one! I would highly recommend Arlinghaus plumbing heating & air conditioning to anyone based on my service with Spencer! Thank you Spencer and Arlinghaus!”

“My 3 year old Wingate AC unit stopped working yesterday - at the beginning of a predicted huge heat wave. I called at 4PM, was assured a tech would be at my house at 8AM the next morning. Dane was GREAT, thorough, didn't talk technical language that I didn't understand. He replaced the compressor, did a check of my entire system. It's working beautifully. I'm very grateful to Wingate and to Dane.”

“I was contacted that someone was on the way to do the job before any agreement was made. Although the job was completed, clean up could've been a little better. The person sent was very polite & mannerly and quick.”
