My son (AC guy who lives in OK) felt like it was the fan. Fulford quoted me almost 1800 stating a fan AND it needed pressure switches, Freon plus. This is after they said it was my thermostat and replaced it for an outrageous price ( taking my old one with them -so who knows?) my son said it couldn’t be the switches if I had air blowing out inside the house - said to contact someone else. Found Southern Air through ‘Nextdoor’. Sure glad I did. Less than half the cost later ( including a yearly maintenance) I have heat and AC. Very prompt VERY PROFESSIONAL. Couldn’t be better. Small company with great ethics.””
