“Responded quickly to need for service on our HVAC system. Appointment was made for the next day. Technician showed up on time and with parts possible needed for the repair. Technician checked the system and determine the problem and made the appropriate repairs. Stayed with the system while it operated for about an hour to make sure the repair corrected the problem.”

“Our AC broke during the day and the house was 90+ degrees. At 4:30pm I contacted Air-O-Smith and they sent Nick out here who arrived by 6:00pm the SAME DAY. Nick was extremely professional, broke down the issues and explained everything with my HVAC system so I understood all that was going on. He was able to diagnose, fix the system, and even give me a breakdown on extra parts in my system to give myself a better understanding. Their pricing is EXTREMELY fair, better than any other business in the Jacksonville area. Highly recommend.”
