“I hired Jim Needham Heating Cooling Plumbing to replace my Sump Pump, and I am so glad that I did. The price was right. They responded immediately after my reachout. The workers Nolan and Jo Jo were great. Very professional. Had a sense of humor. Took care of the job in a timely manner. Explained the whole process to me. And did a thorough clean up afterwards. Highly recommended. Will call first for future services.”

“lingering humidity issue that escalated into mold was handled quickly, efficiently, and at a price far lower than other remediation estimates — with extra maintenance tips generously shared along the way. Across every interaction, the team was respectful, friendly, and highly professional. They were a breath of fresh air to work with, provided excellent on site service, and answered me questions with patience and expertise. From the office staff to the technicians, the entire process was smooth, reassuring, and exceptionally well managed. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, honesty, responsiveness, and kindness at this level. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Voda Cleaning & Restoration to anyone seeking reliable, top tier service.”
