“Lloyd provided excellent service today. He went above and beyond to ensure our vents were working properly. During his visit, he discovered that our dryer vent had not been correctly reconnected after recent construction. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue and helped us resolve it. We really appreciate his attention to detail and dedication.”

“On the 3rd of July my AC is not working and its 90 degrees inside. Being the holiday weekend, I was concerned I would have to wait until Monday. Called several places and no luck. Innovative HVAC Inc. answered immediately and told us someone would be here by 4-5pm. They gave me a text update when the tech was minutes away. Their technician Ram arrived right when they said he would. He got right to work and quickly discovered the issue and repair in less than 10 minutes. Ram is fantastic he even took the time to answer all my questions with no nonsense answers. He knows his stuff. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much Innovative HVAC Inc.”

“What impressed us most was his ability to troubleshoot the issue with our furnace rather than simply guessing at what might be wrong. He took the time to assess the problem, explain what was happening, and make sure we understood the work that needed to be done. His pricing was fair and transparent, and he was friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. It’s refreshing to find someone who combines technical expertise with honesty and excellent customer service. We wouldn't hesitate to call Eddie again and highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Royal HVAC Solutions. After having two other HVAC companies come out and immediately try to sell me a brand-new system, Jermaine took a completely different approach. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem almost immediately, and fixed it without any unnecessary upselling. What impressed me most was his knowledge, honesty, and professionalism. He had all the necessary parts stocked in his van and was able to complete the repair on the spot. Instead of trying to convince me that I needed an expensive replacement, he took the time to identify the actual issue and resolved it correctly. It’s refreshing to find a technician who is honest, skilled, and focused on helping the customer rather than making the biggest sale possible. The repair was completed quickly, the price was fair, and my system is working perfectly again. If you’re looking for an HVAC company you can trust, I highly recommend Royal HVAC Solutions . Thank you for the outstanding service!”
