“Lynell was the most professional and informative technician that I met for my mini split project. He did not attempt to sell me a unit like one company that came out to my home (Cool Guys Heating and A/C). He observed my situation and let me know the right way to do the install. He updated me on every step of the mini split install. He was on time and ensure that I knew what he was doing before it was done. He had all the parts needed to make the mini split operational. I am recommending him for all jobs. Lynell did attempt to upsell their work or coerce me to buy products that I did not need. Lynell is a top notch professional and my go to for all AC service in the future. Avoid all these other AC guys on Thumbtack. CALL LYNELL AND AIRFORCE ONE AC service!!”

“Adrian from Edsel’s Heating and Air showed up for the appointment on time and diagnosed and resolved the issue with the AC unit quickly. His estimate of the repair charges were fair based on the time spent. Will definitely hire them again.”

“Chris was great from start to finish. During the recent cold snap, our system started cycling and would only put out heat intermittently. We woke up to a house below 60 degrees, and at 4:30 in the morning I reached out on Thumbtack, not expecting much that early. Chris responded by 8 and was at our house by 10. Not only did he quickly identify the mechanical issue, but he also took the time to explain the bigger picture. He walked me through how the system had originally been installed with an undersized return plenum, how that design flaw increased static pressure, and how it had been putting unnecessary strain on the blower motor over time. He also handled the warranty process on his end, so I did not have to deal with it at all. It was clear he had a strong understanding of both the equipment and proper airflow design, and how the two work together. He explained everything in a way that made sense, did not upsell, and his pricing was fair and straightforward. Because of that experience, I have already recommended him to my parents without hesitation. Professional, responsive, and genuinely knowledgeable. I would absolutely use him again.”

“Great price! Great service! My technician, Austin, was very knowledgeable, thorough and educated me about what happened with my system and other tidbits to keep my HVAC in good condition. Would definitely book this company again!”
