“wrong with the furnace and advising me on what that looks like going forward. Truly old school in his honor code of ethics by not simply trying to get me into a new furnace which day is what 95% or more of these HVAC companies will try to do. I found out that the techs that go to your house to actually do the work earn commissions to SELL you a new furnace since they get around 3% of the total sale price!!! What's their incentive then to ACTUALLY repair anything!?? Dan , on the other hand not once tried to sell me into anything but was forthright with exactly what was wrong with my furnace. If you want an honest HVAC small business owner! Dan is your man for this!!!”

“I had a great experience with Dusty Duct Cleaners! The team was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job cleaning the air ducts. They were thorough, respectful of my home, and left everything clean when they finished. Im very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Dusty Duct Cleaners to anyone looking for reliable and professional duct cleaning.”

“Wil-Surge electrician Matthew Harris was excellent - very professional with clear communication and explanation of the problem and the repair. Went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were addressed and that we were fully satisfied with the repair.”

“Once he got the part he needed he had everything hooked up and the furnace running in 5 minutes.”
