“He educated me about garage openers and walked me through all available options based on my family’s use, the garage door I had and what I may eventually want to do in my garage i.e. add shelving, etc. I eventually picked a garage opener with his guidance and since I wasn’t in a rush he gave me options on purchasing the unit to save some money. After I got everything needed with multiple messages to Sunny to confirm I had the right parts we set up a time for installation. He arrived on time for the install and finished within the estimated time he gave me. My wife and I are happy with the opener and I would definitely use Sunny again. He’s a no pressure professional and was the perfect person for our project.”

“I contacted Palms Garage Door about a my garage door not working correctly late in the evening. I also wanted a MyQ device installed. Yohai arrived first thing the next morning. He was professional and knowledgeable. He gave me all of options and explained everything to me. I decided to replace the garage opener. I had an appointment to go to and he worked until I needed to leave and returned to complete the job as soon as I returned home. I appreciated how accommodating he was with my schedule. He contacted me afterwards to make sure I understood how to use the MyQ and offered to return the following day if I needed more help with setting up codes. I highly recommend PalmsGarage Doors to assist with any garage needs.”

“Recently had a pedestrian door installed into the side our level one garage in LA. Ethan was the PM assigned to the project and was very responsive, communicative throughout the design, permitting and construction. I would highly recommend working with Built To Perfection and Ethan again on future remodels.”

“Very responsive to communication before the work was done, and did a good job and a good value for the work given. Would hire again.”

“My garage door would not open, even manually. I called and they were here in 20 minutes. The garage door tech, Nathan, was polite, informative, and completed repairs within an hour. He was hour and a pleasure to have.”

“Nick replaced my entire garage door and did an outstanding job. He gave me a fair price, was very responsive, and the installation was done professionally and clean. The new door looks great and works perfectly. Highly recommend his company!”
