“Let me start by saying, Jake is a breath of fresh air in the construction world. We were reeling from our previous contractor's unexpected $35,000 addition to the bill when Jake stepped in. From day one, he and his team were not just great, they were a godsend. It wasn't just about getting the job done for Jake; he made sure we felt supported and protected every step of the way. Our ADU project was deeply personal, a space we were creating for my sister and her husband, who were eagerly awaiting their little one. Jake didn't just understand the importance of the project; he felt it. He treated us like family, and that meant the world to us. Jake has earned our trust, and we’ll happily work with him again. We’ll also be recommending him to all my friends and family without hesitation.”

He genuinely listens to designers and clients, asks the right questions, and takes the time to understand the vision before building it. He's organized, efficient, and communicates clearly, keeping projects on track without ever cutting corners. He holds every detail to a high standard, and working with him was always a pleasure.
