“Our bathroom was old until ON Design & Remodeling renovated it, leaks and unpleasant odor, it was a general renovation that included all gypsum wall replacement, plumbing replacement, replacing old electrical wires and installing modern ceiling recess lights, modern porcelain tile on walls and floor, vanity, vanity faucets, sinks, mirrors toilet and new paint. Every day the workers arrived in the morning and finished around 4-30 pm, sometimes they even stayed a little longer when they needed to complete specific items. we talked to Raz every day about the project, what will happens in the next day, want to point out that Raz told us he was not ready to start work until we had all the finish materials in our hands, he didn’t want to waste time and working days. The whole bathroom look totally different now! We are super happy with the results and will recommend ON Design & Remodeling to anyone that looking a good quality of construction work in decent price, and most importantly to deal with polite and responsible people.”

“My wife and I recently purchased a home in the Beach Hill neighborhood of Santa Cruz. However, the home was in serious need of some TLC, but my wife and I found the views of the Pacific Ocean breath-taking and the home worth the trouble of fixing up.After almost a month of contacting different contractors and having them present to us the image they came up with once we were done describing exactly what we were looking for in the work that would be performed on our home, we didnt settle on Oca Builders of Santa Cruz; they literally floored us with their presentation. We chose porcelain and glazed ceramic tile as a backsplash in our kitchen, an island built in the middle, with open shelving, ceiling lights, and finished with neutral colors in the kitchen. For the bathroom, we went with all stainless steel and stone flooring.Throughout the home, my husband is just thrilled with the lighting fixtures throughout because thanks to the natural sunlight that comes in brightens up our home while the sun is out, when we do need to turn on the lights, were able to dim them to the minimal amount we need rather than one single-setting that normally is produced when a light switch has only on and off options. We still cant believe the fact that despite the modern touches and the high-quality of the material that was used throughout the home, the final price tag came in 15% below what we were willing to spend and were going to use the money that we saved to go on a cruise to celebrate our 25th anniversary this summer.Thank you so much Oca Builders for your professionalism and for turning our home into our dream home. Were forever grateful for your help.”

“Working with Harmony was great - they were punctual, clean, and delivered high quality work at a reasonable price. We'd definitely hire them again”

“We had a great experience with Mark for a complete kitchen & three bathrooms renovations, including a lot of structural work such as the removal of a structural wall, fixing a leaking roof, ceiling water damage, a ton of electrical upgrades, rerouting water pipes, adding in sheer wall supports, and support beams throughout the house. Mark took full responsibility and accountability every step of the way, which made the huge project basically seamless. a) He finished the bulk of the work within his estimated time period. He stuck around to ensure we were 100% happy with everything, having his crew come back to patch and paint places they had missed etc. We had heard of other contractors abandoning projects when they were 95% complete but not Mark. b) He took our time and inconvenience seriously. If Mark says he'll be there to meet you on a certain date or time, he'll be there - and he will communicate regularly so you're not left hanging. We never had to chase him down for answers or next steps. c) No job goes perfectly and Mark always made sure any mistakes were fixed or taken care of, on them (e.g. a hose was accidentally left on a slow trickle, resulting in water damage, and he made sure it was all fixed). Everything was taken care of, no matter how big or how small, even little touches like bringing in a deep cleaning crew to clean up when the project was done. d) Mark got us through the permitting process, and even helped us fix a previous contractor's permitting oversights (from early 2000s!). e) We really liked having Mark's professional opinion on things. We've never done a home renovation, so something as simple as "Where do we put the toilet paper holder?!" was a new decision for us to make. Mark helped us navigate all that.”
