“After a lot of research we hired Condor to address concerns inside and outside our home. The upstairs porch was draining down the front of our home and caused extensive internal framing damage. We also wanted a wall removed from the inside to open up our floor plan. Paz and Tal were extremely professional and they never once told is no we cant do that (something other contractors said). I will let the before and after pictures speak for themselves. Will definitely hire them again when we need more work done!”

“Eric has a wonderful range of expertise--carpentry, plumbing, & electrical. Also, he's a very good communicator, easy to work with. Highly recommended!”

“We entrusted our bathroom remodel to California Dream Builds, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Marquies, the owner, demonstrated a level of professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail that immediately set the tone for a high-end project. What truly elevated the experience was how seamless the design process felt. Their interior designer worked closely with us to bring our vision to life, guiding us through selections and layout decisions with confidence and refined taste. Every element felt intentional and thoughtfully curated. The craftsmanship speaks for itself—impeccable tile work, perfectly executed finishes, and a final result that feels like a luxury spa retreat. The team maintained a clean, organized job site and communicated clearly throughout, ensuring everything stayed on track without compromising quality. Marquies was hands-on and committed to excellence every step of the way, making sure the final product not only met but exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend California Dream Builds to anyone looking for a truly premium remodeling experience.”
