“After a lot of research we hired Condor to address concerns inside and outside our home. The upstairs porch was draining down the front of our home and caused extensive internal framing damage. We also wanted a wall removed from the inside to open up our floor plan. Paz and Tal were extremely professional and they never once told is no we cant do that (something other contractors said). I will let the before and after pictures speak for themselves. Will definitely hire them again when we need more work done!”

“I was working with another general contractor but was dragging his feet on getting me a quote on some work I needed. I contacted Luka and he came by same day, gave me a quote, then showed up two days later to get the work done. Definitely plan on using him for more work around my house. 10/10 recommend.”

“Thanks to Ardie, Leo, Matt, Pedro, & Adrian, I cannot say enough good things about Titus Builders. After a terrible bathroom overflow incident on our 2nd floor, we had major water damage which rendered much of the 2nd floor and part of the 1st floor completely gutted to the studs. To further complicate matters, our house was on the market and I could waste no time getting it back to prime condition to sell. Ardie Melton [Titus] was the contractor who led my project and wasted no time getting things going. We had drywall up within a day and mud and texture by day 2. By the end of the 1st week, everything was done except carpet which promptly came early the next week. The crew working for Titus is EXCELLENT! They work hard, are courteous, professional, and do a damn good job. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the project. The project was completed on time, on target, and on budget and the end results are better than I could have expected. I highly recommend Titus. ”

“I recently had work completed on my home by MG & Sons, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Their team was professional, courteous, and transparent throughout the entire process. The quality of their workmanship exceeded my expectations, and they made the experience smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend MG & Sons and would gladly hire them again for future projects.”
