“I cannot say enough great things about Joel and his team at NorCal Coast Construction. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, skill, and attention to detail that exceeded my expectations. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they completed the project on time and within budget. Communication was seamless throughout, with regular updates and a willingness to address any questions or concerns. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the site clean each day. It’s clear they take great pride in their craft, and it truly shows in the finished result. If you’re looking for a contractor who is reliable, skilled, and a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend NorCal Coast Construction. I will absolutely be calling them for any future projects!”

“After submitting my request in the Thumbtack app, I got a call from Be Free Developments in 15 minutes. The next day, Bar came to my home to do a walkthrough prior to submitting an estimate. Bar was punctual, engaging, knowledgeable, sympathetic to our situation, had great questions, and walked me through all available options. His expertise was evident. The estimate was turned around in 2 days, and my requested changes were turned around one day later. Unfortunately, my original issue was misdiagnosed by another vendor, and we suspected a foundation issue instead of a subfloor issue. The owner that did the foundation work referred me to a contractor he works with, and agreed to cover a portion of the cost if I selected that contractor. This was a nice gesture, but that cut in price made it impossible for Be Free Developments to be cost competitive. Under normal circumstances, I would have happily hired Be Free, and would have been confident going into the project. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bar and Be Free, and will be sure to reach out to them when my next project comes around.”

“These guys are really expert in this field and willing to do extra to make their customer happy. I would highly recommend AG Concrete Team to anyone that needs pavers or concrete work. Thanks again Uriel and your team for the job well done!”

“My wife and I recently purchased a home in the Beach Hill neighborhood of Santa Cruz. However, the home was in serious need of some TLC, but my wife and I found the views of the Pacific Ocean breath-taking and the home worth the trouble of fixing up.After almost a month of contacting different contractors and having them present to us the image they came up with once we were done describing exactly what we were looking for in the work that would be performed on our home, we didnt settle on Oca Builders of Santa Cruz; they literally floored us with their presentation. We chose porcelain and glazed ceramic tile as a backsplash in our kitchen, an island built in the middle, with open shelving, ceiling lights, and finished with neutral colors in the kitchen. For the bathroom, we went with all stainless steel and stone flooring.Throughout the home, my husband is just thrilled with the lighting fixtures throughout because thanks to the natural sunlight that comes in brightens up our home while the sun is out, when we do need to turn on the lights, were able to dim them to the minimal amount we need rather than one single-setting that normally is produced when a light switch has only on and off options. We still cant believe the fact that despite the modern touches and the high-quality of the material that was used throughout the home, the final price tag came in 15% below what we were willing to spend and were going to use the money that we saved to go on a cruise to celebrate our 25th anniversary this summer.Thank you so much Oca Builders for your professionalism and for turning our home into our dream home. Were forever grateful for your help.”
