“I would like to thank Allen and his team for building my covered porch. They completed the project in less than a month, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’d also like to give special thanks to Roy. He is genuinely kind, hardworking, and professional. He installed the roof, cleaned up my backyard, and even helped adjust my sprinkler system. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable, and professional contractor, I highly recommend Allen at One Way Roofing & Remodeling. After getting several estimates and doing my research, I chose One Way Roofing & Remodeling because everything about Allen and his business was professional and legitimate. Since I wanted the project done correctly and up to code, obtaining the proper permits was very important to me. Allen handled the city permits, design approvals, and HOA paperwork, ensuring everything was completed correctly and giving me peace of mind throughout the process. Unlike other contractors who said permits were unnecessary or told me to obtain them myself, Allen took care of everything from start to finish. For anyone planning a similar project, permits should generally be obtained by the contractor performing the work, not the homeowner, unless the homeowner is completing the construction themselves. Overall, I had a great experience with Allen, Roy, and the entire One Way Roofing & Remodeling team. Their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to doing the job right made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a porch cover, roofing, or remodeling project.”

“My husband is having health problems. We needed a new floor and toilet in his bathroom. Jon came to the hospital to talk to us about what we wanted. When I didn't understand what my husband wanted, Jon did. He got the materials and finished the job quickly.so it's ready when the hospital stay is over. He did an awesome job.”

“Josh and his dad recently completed the drywall work in our garage, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. The quality of their work truly stands out, and the final result exceeded our expectations. In addition to the drywall, they also installed insulation. Even though the job required more insulation than initially anticipated, they honored their original quote and did not charge any extra. That level of honesty and commitment to their word is something we genuinely appreciate and don’t often see. They were punctual, arriving right on time at 8 AM, and worked efficiently to complete the project within the promised schedule. Their coordination and work ethic were impressive, and it was clear they take pride in what they do. What really stood out was how clean and organized they left the space. After finishing the work, they thoroughly cleaned up all the dust and debris, leaving the garage neat and ready to use. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. I truly appreciate their hard work, integrity, and craftsmanship. I would strongly and confidently recommend Josh and his dad to my friends and anyone looking for high-quality drywall work. Thank you, Josh, for a job very well done!”
