“Jared worked extensively in our home on multiple projects. Both small and large in size and task. He is thoughtful, professional and extremely detailed oriented. He is also very clean and organized and always prompt timing wise. We have had 3different renovations in our home for various reasons (some planned and some unplanned) and over the last four years, Jared was by far the easiest to work with but the most successful and professional person we have worked with to date. He is also trustworthy and I felt comfortable with him in my home every single day. Cant recommend him enough and we look forward to continuing to work with him in the future.”

“South Rock Construction is fantastic! I reached out about having my outdoor permanent LED lights installed and they had availability for that same day. Hunter came out and installed 250’ of lights and did a wonderful job! I highly recommended South Rock Construction and will be hiring them for future jobs!”

“We built our home with Limestone Custom Homes and loved the design and construction team. The communication throughout the project was excellent. The build turned out great, and we are very impressed with the results.”

“Below are before and after pics of my kitchen. . Jeremy knows old houses and was the only contractor who was undaunted by my 1908 kitchen remodel. One contractor didnt bother to come out and quoted an outrageous cost to remodel the kitchen, ie he had no interest in working on it. The other contractor recommended a linear design because he was convinced one of the walls was weight bearing because it was thick. It wasnt weight bearing, it just had four layers of plaster and drywall on it. Bottom line is that Jeremy has a positive, can-do attitude. The tiny, dark and awkward kitchen and dining room I had before is now a wide open and bright kitchen. It took a long time to complete but Ill take high quality any day. He and Kelly were patient with me deciding on design, and helped me with ideas for layout. They are both keen to make sure their clients are happy with the final product. That was true for my kitchen but also a smaller project where the original outcome wasnt what I had expected. It took a considerable amount of extra time for Jeremys workers to redo the work, but Tradesmen did it without hesitation. I highly recommend them for any home remodel / construction work!”

“Lighthouse Construction is a top notch company! We feel so blessed to have found them to do our living room and bathroom remodel! Jason and Brandi are very professional, great with communication and collaboration to make our vision come to reality! Jason is very knowledgeable and provided us a variety of options to meet our financial goals for the project. They stay in communication and give great updates on project timelines which is nice compared to some contractors we have worked with previously. You won’t go wrong choosing them for your next house project!”

“Brandon was extremely pleasant to work with and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a general contractor. He truly is a jack of all trades and is willing to find a solution for your needs. He has great connections to trusted subcontractors in the area. Use McG Development!”
