“They did all of the painting, fixed the walls and installed the new AC. They were on time and made sure I was happy with everything before they finished. They came back to do final touch ups after I had a new carpet installed in case anything was damaged. I’m now working with Melvin on plans for a kitchen remodel as I realized his company does much more than painting. Nice guys, hard workers and my upstairs looks great. Highly recommend working with Sayayin Painting.”

“Excellent person”

“Birch Home Improvement & Maintenance LLC completely redid our entire basement, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From day one, the owner, Lab, was hands-on, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to understand our vision, explained every step of the process, and made sure everything was done right. Lab and his team were professional, punctual, and detail-oriented throughout the entire project. The quality of workmanship truly shows—our basement was transformed into a beautiful, functional space, and the job was completed efficiently and cleanly. They treated our home with respect and kept everything organized from start to finish. If you’re looking for a trustworthy contractor who stands behind their work, I highly recommend Birch Home Improvement & Maintenance LLC. Working directly with Lab made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and we would absolutely hire them again.”
