“We had a wonderful experience with DNB renovations in doing a complete renovation of the kitchen in our co-op apartment on Manhattans upper east side. I would hire them again in a heart beat and highly recommend DNB. From the beginning we worked closely with their design team and they incorporated all of our requirements in a rather unique and very aesthetic design. They arranged for permits, provided construction experts familiar with working in a New York coop with excellent results. They used quality materials and finishes. The rest of our apartment was kept clear of dirt, dust, and construction debris. The building management appreciated their focus on protecting public hallways and elevators.Negotiating a good contract, well thought out with design and materials was important to avoid cost overruns. The time we spent with DNB on these pre-constructions issues created a smooth construction period. Their after care has been phenomenal. Nothing has been too small for them to insure complete satisfaction.I can't say enough about DNB renovations and hope I have the opportunity to work with them in the future.”

“Melvin is an absolute gem! He completely transformed our 30-year-old home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive, and his crew was not only amazingly talented but also friendly and professional. Melvin is so much more than just a painter—he built a stunning custom mudroom with shiplap, handled electrical work, and did expert-level custom carpentry that exceeded our expectations. His attention to detail and craftsmanship are second to none. We will 100% be using him again for future projects, and we’ll be telling all our friends and family about his incredible work. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, Melvin is your guy!”

“Francisco was a pleasure to work with. Will look forward to working with him again in the future.”

“I have worked with Don Huot at least 3 times now. Outdoor deck, Bathroom remodel, and he and his team did an amazing job reconstructing our basement after flooding. He is clear, open, and listens to our needs. Work is of solid quality and I think it is a testament to him and his crew that we keep calling. Fair pricing, and very open when overruns happen.”

“Highly recommend 203 Builders !!”

“I would highly recommend Trendy Walls, Inc. for any project. They painted my kitchen cabinets and they look brand new. Unbelievable work and detail. Very nice people!!”
