“I recently worked with Level 5 on a full condo remodel, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. Diego and his team were outstanding from start to finish.Diego was always prompt and reliable, which made a huge difference throughout the project. What really stood out was the quality of his team. Every subcontractor was skilled, professional, and took pride in their work. The craftsmanship shows in every detail. The most impressive transformation was the master bathroomit turned out absolutely beautiful and feels like a completely new space. The kitchen and guest bath also look anmazing and exceeded my expectations.Overall, the entire process was smooth and nearly stress-free. I would highly recommend Level 5 and Diego to anyone looking for a trustworthy, detail-oriented contractor. In fact, I already have!”

“Very high quality cabinets and workmanship. They helped me with the floor plan and product selection. I will work with Aleniwa again and again.”

“I liked to work with 4house in my new kitchen and I appreciate for you professionalism.”

“We had a great experience with this construction company during the remodel of our condo. They completely renovated two bathrooms and our kitchen, and the transformation was incredible. In the kitchen, they opened up a wall to make the space feel much larger and more open. They installed new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, and updated the lighting by removing the old soffit lighting and replacing it with flush-mount fixtures. The finished kitchen feels completely fresh, modern, and much more functional. Our master bathroom was also completely transformed. They removed the tub, enlarged the walk-in shower, added a shower niche and shelving, installed a frameless glass shower enclosure, replaced the vanity, removed an existing closet and completed a new buildout, and installed new flooring. The hall bathroom received new shower tile with a niche, a new vanity, mirrors, toilet, fixtures, and a sliding glass shower door. Everything came together beautifully. The quality of the work throughout the condo was excellent. The tile, drywall, painting, lighting, fixtures, and finishing details were all done very well. They also did a great job protecting the condo and keeping the work areas clean throughout the project. Once everything was completed, they thoroughly cleaned the space so we could comfortably move back in and enjoy it. They stayed on schedule, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and communicated well about what was happening and what to expect next. Looking at the before-and-after photos, it is hard to believe it is the same condo. They took an older space and completely transformed it into something fresh, open, and modern. We are extremely happy with the finished result and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a kitchen, bathroom, or full condo remodel.”

“Nick Ulrich and the team at NFU Builders were a game-changer. After Hurricane Ian, we were faced with the overwhelming task of rebuilding our Sanibel condo from the ground up. Once Nick came on the scene, everything shifted. He brought calm, clarity, and confidence to a really stressful process. Nick was incredibly communicative — always returning calls and emails the same day — and more than once talked me off the ledge when things felt overwhelming. He managed every part of the project with care and precision, from the kitchen and cabinetry to flooring, tile, bathrooms, tongue and groove ceiling and painting. His craftsmanship speaks for itself, and every other contractor who came through my space commented on the quality of his work. What really stands out is that the people Nick works with reflect his exact same level of professionalism and workmanship. We couldn’t be happier with the final result — and we couldn’t recommend NFU Builders more highly.”

“They did a very good job painting the inside of our house”
