“After speaking to a few people, I was warned about the actions of general contractors in the area. After interviewing 4 contractors for the interior updating, I felt confident with Vitaly of Empire Builders & Remodeling. Vitaly has been incredible and exceeded every expectation! He regularly arrived between 8:00 - 8:30 a.m. and worked a full day for nearly 2 months. To my amazement, he would even show up on Saturdays. Vitaly's work was pure perfection! His skills are top notch and the sub-contractors he brought in were held to the same standards as his own. Vitaly removed built-ins, the complete kitchen, an interior window, an interior sliding door, and a secondary bathroom. He constructed and installed kitchen cabinetry, under the cabinet lighting, and the brand new appliances; built a fireplace box to the ceiling and installed stacked stone; sheet rocked, taped, and textured the area where the interior window was; finished, taped, and textured the wall where the interior slider was; built up the shower wall, constructed and installed the bathroom cabinet and installed the medicine cabinet in the secondary bathroom; built up 2 walls and constructed openings for 2 interior doors he installed; removed and repaired water damage around a window; and installed an in-the-wall dryer vent. Vitaly also helped with any small job that was needed. He is a very humble, hard-working, responsible, honest, and fair-priced contractor. To put it bluntly, our home is beautiful because of the work of Empire Builders & Remodeling!”

“I am leery of contractors and expected the price to go up and the start date to get pushed out once I signed the contract, but the price never changed and they actually started and finished the project well ahead of schedule. I felt comfortable leaving them alone in the house while I was at work (they even let my dog out to go to the bathroom for me). His team worked hard and didn't pack up their gear until I was fully pleased with the finished product. I have already recommended them to family and friends, and would definitely use them again myself.”

“Meeting Sean & Your Local GC was as smooth and easygoing a process as it comes with contractors. in a field where most of them are dishonest and rip you off sean was very honest and worth every penny that this job cost. especially after I got screwed by a prior contractor who delayed me for months and overcharged me sean was a breath of fresh air and made the process very very smooth”
