“After a previous contract to replace my carpet with vinyl fell through unexpectedly in which I took a vacation for, I was really eager to find a reliable contractor who could deliver great results on short notice. That is when I found Commercial Pacific Construction, owned by Jake. Jake was extremely quick and responsive when I first reached out, and he came by the very next day to provide an estimate. Jake and his team were wonderful to work with—they were professional, dependable, and followed through on everything they promised. Additionally, their pricing was unbeatable compared to other contractors. They completed the project on time, and the quality of the work was excellent from start to finish. I am extremely satisfied with the results and highly recommend Commercial Pacific Construction for any upgrades or construction needs. Thank you, Jake!”
