“Joanna was amazing. Her and her team did a great job at painting my entire apartment.”

“They came in to update and improve a previous repair from another company that hadnt fully resolved a water leak in our basement, and the difference was immediately noticeable.Their team was extremely friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. They kept us well-informed throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated. They even sent us progress videos, so we could clearly see what was being done at each stage. They cleaned up thoroughly before leaving, which showed a lot of respect for our home. Overall, their communication, attention to detail, and quality of work really stood out. We would definitely recommend Thrasher Basement Systems to anyone needing basement repairs or waterproofing.”

“I spoke with several contractors about my basement remodel, and Hugo was the only one who provided a detailed, itemized proposal that matched and improved upon exactly what I had requested. Most of the other contractors seemed overwhelmed by my remodeling plans and didn't take the time to address my questions. Hugo, on the other hand, listened carefully, answered my questions thoughtfully, and was considerate of my requests throughout the process. That level of professionalism and attention to detail really stood out.”

“I cant wait to use my (now dry) basement again!”
