“They came in to update and improve a previous repair from another company that hadnt fully resolved a water leak in our basement, and the difference was immediately noticeable.Their team was extremely friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. They kept us well-informed throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated. They even sent us progress videos, so we could clearly see what was being done at each stage. They cleaned up thoroughly before leaving, which showed a lot of respect for our home. Overall, their communication, attention to detail, and quality of work really stood out. We would definitely recommend Thrasher Basement Systems to anyone needing basement repairs or waterproofing.”

“I had standing water in my crawlspace and moldy old rockwool insulation.Initially the inspection went well as well as the installation but unfortunately after several storms the water accumulated under the water barrier. An inspection was done and it was determined that the initial plan wasnt working. After moving the sump well and adjusting the drain tiles everything worked better.Afterwards it was determined that insulation on the crawlspace wall had also not been in the original plan so again Greg and Landen came out and added insulation on the interior block walls. They were kind, thorough and great to work with and answered my questions. So overall I am pleased with the end result but feel that a better initial plan should have been put in place to avoid unnecessary trips back to redo this project.I will say that they will come out and fix it until its done right which is a big plus after you spend good money to have a project like this done.”

“Man what a great job. Had a garage floor that has been sinking and cracked for years. Had a sidewalk that has sunk and was hollow under the steps. Didnt think it was salvageable. Man was I happy I called BAM. Tim and Garrett came out and lifted the floor and put it back together. I would not hesitate to call them again for other issues. Thank you!!”

“It was a pleasure to have a contractor show up and complete the work on time. Drew stayed in budget and the end product was top notch.”

“It started out, the first contract, to build out a room in the basement. They did such good work we extended that with 2 more contracts. One added contract was to add Radon removal, the other was to paint the whole basement floor. I worked closely with Nate, the owner, and made changes as we went along. Nate was able to be flexible with the changes I wanted. But more than that if Nate thought something wasn't just right he redid the work without being asked to do it. In the end everything was done right. Prior to hiring Nate I got bids. Renovation Unlimited gave the most professional bid and very competitive.”
