Lisa Colella says, “We appreciated the accountability. That said, the quality of the second installation did not match the first. The original tile work was excellent. The redo was noticeably uneven by comparison. For a project of this size and cost, thats hard to overlook.Wed consider working with Raphael again given his communication, integrity, and thorough cleaning post-project, but wed want assurance that the quality of the first attempt is what shows up and stays.”
Lynelle A. says, “We have gotten so many compliments on how incredible the new deck and shed addition look!
When we went to list our house on the market, multiple people who put offers on the house had mentioned how impressed they were with the deck/shed renovation. It ended up being a huge selling point of our house, and we believe that the quality of Rob's work was very obvious to anyone visiting the house.
We have recommended Rob to many of our friends who have all had very similar experiences working with him. 100% would recommend!!!”

Marina M. says, “Todd was amazing to work with ! He performed an incredible job on our driveway and ensured that he communicated his arrival and the tasks he would focus on while on-site. Since the previous owners neglected to maintain the driveway, it was fantastic to work with someone who took such good care of it. We are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to continue using his services for future projects and during the upcoming snow season.”
Debra O'Leary says, “The third was figuring out if we could install a sliding door as well as an interior window to allow light to pass through. Marlon came up with brilliant solutions and went the extra mile to enhance the mid century design. He remade an old window to fit the space, embedded an original mid century painting in the sliding door, disassembled and moved the built-in couch to fit the new space, and put hard wood flooring at a 45 degree angle on both sides of the wall in stead of paneling. It looked so beautiful that the building inspector took pictures to show his wife. We couldn't be happier. What started out as a project out of necessity for space turned into a work of art that seemed to transform my entire home.SECOND PROJECT:I have just completed my second project with Marlon. My 1962 mid-century custom kitchen needed an upgrade in order to accommodate new appliances. This was not a straightforward remodel. I wanted to keep the original footprint, as much of the original real-wood cabinetry as possible, restructure some of the upper cabinets, and create more counter space. It is not a large space and every mattered! We replaced the original built-in oven/microwave combo with a base wall oven and put a new microwave over the cook top on the opposite side of the kitchen. We opened some space under the cabinets adjacent to the dining room which allowed us to extend the new counter top and leave hanging cabinets above it. We stripped and re-stained all the cabinets to match the beautiful cherry paneling in the adjacent dining room which gave a much larger, open feel to the kitchen. For several reasons I would hire him in the future:First, from beginning to end, Marlon was informative, accommodating, communicative, patient, and committed to doing quality work.Second, he is careful to hire people of trustworthy character, and he, himself, is a person of integrity. Every carpenter, electrician, plumber, painter, tiler, and counter installer who came into my home was hardworking, careful, tidy, and pleasant. Even though there were challenges along the way, I never saw a hint of annoyance or impatience.Third, Marlon gave a detailed estimate, reasonable payment schedule, and well thought out timeline. In the end his estimates were impressively close.Lastly, he takes pride in his work and is committed to customer satisfaction. I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Innovative Build Solutions!I look forward to my next building or renovation project with IBS.”
Barbara Gow says, “He also installed another railing to make it easier to go up and down the stairs. Ciro always replies in a timely manner for anything we needed him for. Dont hesitate to call Ciro and Rosa. You wont be disappointed. Thank you again Ciro and Rosa for everything you do.”
