“The prior contractor told me I needed to replace my unit. Alex was skeptical of that diagnosis as well during his inspection. He fixed the very simple issue I had and even installed new rollers and game me a free lube. The door has never been quieter.”

“Shared other projects he'd done and unlike other contractors we met with he measured everything AFTER we'd talked about what we wanted, a budget we hoped he could hover around and his recommendations were excellent. He built a beautiful deck for us, fixed a sheetrock indentation, and corner drywall damage. He was fast, thoughtful, and we are extremely happy with the deck which he built taller to avoid water damage and his suggestion of using composite boards means no more rotting wood. His suggestion to use cable wire instead of wood between panels gave our deck an elegant appeal. He even assured us as the posts sat and settled he'd come back to tighten cables at anytime. We will have other projects for him to do and could not be more happy with him and his professional crew. Even one of his crew picked up a 50 lb bag of birdseed for my deck I was struggling with. Give this company a BIG A+”

“These guys were professional and just what we needed. I enjoyed getting to know them and they did the job well.”

“Their timing with contractors was impeccable! One would finish and the next would be there within the hour! We were told this project would take 4-6 weeks and week 5 everything was wrapping up! Shout out to Ivan, Dan, Alex, Mike, Mark, Olec, Miguel and the paint crew. This may be a relatively new company but they are top notch and pay close attention to detail!”

“I highly recommend him!! He is professional, friendly and reasonable!! I was extremely pleased.”

“We hired Iconic Build and Design to complete an ADU on our property, and overall we had a great experience. Gene and his team were easy to communicate with, kept us updated throughout the project, and helped us work through the different decisions that came up along the way. There were a lot of moving parts with the project, including inspections, finishes, and coordinating different trades, but they stayed on top of everything and kept the job moving. The finished space turned out great and feels like a completely separate, functional part of the property. We really appreciated their attention to detail and how responsive they were whenever we had questions or needed something addressed. We would definitely recommend Iconic Build and Design for an ADU or larger renovation project.”
