“D's custom did a fantastic job tackling a wide variety of repairs around my property, including ceiling patches, driveway gate adjustment, deck stair repairs, and front porch board replacements. His pricing was very fair, communication was clear, and the quality of work was excellent. Professional, efficient, and reliable—I highly recommend D's Custom Services!”

“JK General recently replaced the roof of our house. Hernan and his team did an excellent job. Hernan is very hardworking, honest and professional!”

“Andrii and his team really go above and beyond. The wall painting, entryway panel with coat hangers, floor-to-ceiling bookshelf, kitchen backsplash tiles, and garage painting — I couldn’t be happier with their service. Highly recommend!”

“Modern Upgrade team replaced my existing patio with a new one and did additional paving work on the porch landing area and near our driveway. They did an excellent job with a great work ethic! In addition, they are swift in responding to our requests during the work. Herminio is great to work with during the quotation process as well as when his team is doing the work! I would highly recommend him for any patio/paving work!”

“Stefano did an excellent job installing grab bars in our tiled shower and near the toilet, rehanging a door to swing outward, and installing a new shower rod. The work was clean, precise, and professionally finished. Incredibly easy to work with and one of the most professional vendors I've worked with. He provided a proper COI for Manhattan building without hesitation and handled everything smoothly. He used the correct anchors for tile, sealed all penetrations properly, and generally paid attention to all the details. Amazing communicator, he showed up in a instant to make a quote, and the job was completed perfectly. Pricing was fair for insured, high-quality work in NYC (which can be hard to find!) I will absolutely hire him again for general renovation and highly recommend him for accessible retrofitting!”

“M&M just completed painting the exterior of our house and we couldn’t be more pleased. The father and son team of Ali & Eddie finished the project in just 2 days. Our 80 year old home of clapboard and cinderblock is looking great! They showed up on time each day, worked diligently, NONSTOP and displayed a wealth of knowledge about the necessary preparation for painting and the painting process itself. We would not hesitate to hire this company again, or show any hesitation to recommend them to friends or family. Thanks guys! Great job!”
