“5/22/2006 edit:Finally talked to project manager today and am satisfied with the resolution of the matter. Bumped to 4 stars; there were some good things and bad things on this project but overall they did a good job of making things right. But their communication needs work. Its ironic that bath solutions had following on their review request page: If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us directly. We would appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns and make things right.Thats what Ive tried to do for last two weeks, communicate. But crickets. We ordered a complete bathroom redo, with a 2-sink, QUARTZ countertop. But they ordered a single sink. We agreed to let them start work while a 2nd countertop was made. Things were mostly fine, but when job was done and payment made, we found out countertop was marble, which is harder to take care of, and not quartz.Last email I got from project manager said hed talk to owner. That was two weeks ago.The one star is for the installer, who did a great job.”

“I can’t say enough great things about Fisher Restoration. They are the kind of professionals you wish every home project came with. They're steady, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. They've handled several major projects for me, including a full basement renovation after serious water damage and flooding, repairing a bathtub pipe leak, and even rebuilding my wood-rotted front steps so they were safe again. Every time, the work has been top-notch and done with real care. What I appreciate most is how kind, responsive, and transparent they’ve always been. They walk me through what needs to be done, what I’m paying for, and what will keep my home safe and healthy long-term. It’s rare to find people who combine skill with this level of honesty and clear, kind communication. I would highly recommend Fisher Restoration to anyone who wants quality work from people you can truly trust.”

“I reached out from out of town for help for my Dad who is 80 and needed help to put shed outside. We were both very satisfied with him being so promt and great job getting it done so fast!! Definitely refer him to anyone for work on projects and will keep his number. He even kept me up to date being out of state on Thumbtack! Much appreciated!”
