“Floor Sub-contractor did work”

“I had to find a replacement drywall company when my previous contractor got sick. Ryan and his team were able to come out within a day and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. He does electrical and remodel work too. He is very responsive and great to work with. We will be working with him again. Thank you!”

“Excellent contract & explanation - no casual treatment of our project & money!! Very responsive & respectful. Always showing up when they said they would. And that's just the beginning. Kept our home secure and super clean! Super quality work. Very friendly & easy to communicate with. I want them all to myself, and I MUST share them because they will never disappoint!! Thanks for transforming the center of our home!”

“Quality work, communicative and Codi is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend LEE custom homes for all of your construction needs. Ken”

“Comfort Expert Builders came out to add a half bathroom. All the work from beginning to finish went by smoothly. Few walls had to be demolished, few walls added, plumbing, electrical, flooring, tile....great job! Really satisfied, and would definitely recommend CEB”

“He was polite and gave us a walk through of everything he was going to do on the job. Explained everything thoroughly”
