“These guys are true artisans. I've worked with many contractors and Rafael and crew are leaps and bounds better than my past experiences. - Collaborative: I had a vision for our basement remodel but there were many impracticalities or flaws. Rafael provided his perspective and politely helped me to transform this vision. - Range of expertise: From framing, sheetrock, mudding, painting, to designing centerpiece quality stairs, to installing luxury laminate flooring, glass shower panels, shiplap walls, sinks, sump pumps (for shower, toilet, and sink), to intermediate HVAC and plumbing. Rafael and team know when to hire specialists but often times they can handle these things themselves, saving time and $. - Professionalism: There were many times that I changed plans, bought the wrong supplies, and other inconveniences and his team was always so well poised, polite and flexible. I've already booked him for the next project which will be converting our underside of the porch to a screened in porch. Looking forward to working with him on other projects.”

“After a terrible experience with another contractor who took our money and left the job less than half-finished, we were understandably nervous about hiring someone else. Thankfully, we found BuildNow! From day 1, Johnathan was professional, honest, and transparent. He came out promptly, thoroughly assessed the work already started, provided a fair upfront estimate, and got to work immediately. Most importantly, he and his team did exactly what he said they would do. They completed the project on the promised timeline without delays. The quality of his workmanship exceeded my expectations. My deck turned out absolutely beautiful, and it's clear that he takes great pride in his craft. In an industry where reliability can be hard to find, his professionalism, communication, and integrity truly stood out. If you're looking for someone who is dependable, skilled, and delivers on their promises, I highly recommend BuildNow. I am beyond grateful for the incredible job he did and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.”

“Surge and how his crew did an awesome job. They even came in on budget. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to have some works done”
