“After we signed the contract with John, Dwellings got right to work on the project. We chose them because we felt that John was honest and upfront with us even though they werent our lowest bid. Kendra sent me a recap every day to let me know what was done that day and what to expect coming up in the next phase. She is quite the organizer for the company. Any concerns we had, she would get them resolved immediately. Brett was the primary construction worker and he did a fantastic job! And there is nobody more friendlier than him! All the subs did great too! All and all, we are very happy with our final project!”

“Tad stepped in when another contractor quit after starting the job. He was always ready to offer suggestions to issues that came up and finished on time. We will call on him again for our next project.”

“I had a great experience! They were good at communicating , super punctual and did an excellent job, I’m looking forward to hiring the team again!👍🏻”

“Did awesome work and knew exactly what I needed done. Answered me within half a day, even gives you his number and will talk with you about the work that needs done”
