“Whenever a question came up or they encountered an issue, he always reached out to discuss my options instead of making assumptions or surprising me with additional charges later.During the renovation, they discovered a leak from the toilets. We initially shut off the water to see if it was a temporary issue, but after the new floors were installed, the leak returned. At that point, I decided to have the toilets replaced as well. Throughout the entire process, Raz's communication remained excellent. At no point did I feel out of the loop or uncertain about what was happening in my home, and I always felt that the project was in good hands. At the end of the project, Raz walked through everything with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I was very happy with the quality, attention to detail, and overall professionalism. It's clear that customer relationships matter to him, and it shows in the way he manages a project.I would absolutely use Cohen Homes again for future projects and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and honest general contractor.”

“We recently remodeled our entire kitchen and 2 bathrooms with Luxe. Great modern style, perfect quality and affordable prices. I wanna take a few minutes to write a 5 star review on this great company. They made sure all of our needs were met and they paid very close attention to details. We loved everything about them and the next day everyone was asking about them. We enjoyed working with them and would happily use Luxe again when we are ready to remodel our patio! Very responsive, helpful and professional. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone!”

Ivy communicated with me every step of the transaction. They worked on Father’s Day to complete my project, which shows how dedicated they are to their clients and their business. Thank you M Construction! I look forward to working with you on future projects. Alice J”

“I'm a Texas Realtor with 21 years of experience. I first hired Hagan's Restoration & Construction in 2020 to restore the exterior of my own home, and I've continued to use Patrick Hagan since. I've also referred him to 8 to 10 family members, neighbors, and clients, and from what they've shared with me, they have had great experiences with his work. I'm currently working with his company again on a home I'm preparing to list. In my experience, Patrick is honest and easy to work with. He has a good eye for color and balance, which has allowed me to hand off make-ready projects with little direction from me. I've found the quality of the work to be good, and the fact that I keep hiring him and sending others his way reflects my overall satisfaction. This is my own opinion based on my personal experience. I have not received compensation for this review. Realtor, Gina Warrington”
