“Instead, their contract indicated the draws required after certain stages completed. I was impressed that the owner, Rudy, was involved from the beginning to the end of the project. The project went over a few weeks due to the weather and some changes to materials ordered outside the contract selections, but Structure Builders performed additional small projects at no additional cost for the inconvenience. The workers were very professional, clean, and very talented. I absolutely love the final project. We completely gutted and relocated the kitchen from the back to the front of the house with a large pantry. Added a dinning area with a huge island in for dinning and extended the living area. I love that Structure Builders is Veteran owned and local, it is not a company that wont be around when issues arise. Rudy just celebrated 32 years with Structure Builders. We have re-hired Structure Builders for other projects because and will continue to only use them for everything we need.”

“"I had a fantastic experience! Victor Smith arrived right on time, communicated clearly about the scope of the work, and gave a fair, transparent estimate before starting. He completed the furniture assembly quickly, did an amazing job cleaning up the workspace afterward, and the final cost matched the quote exactly. Highly professional and skilled. I will definitely hire him again for future home projects and/or furniture assembly!"”

“Highly recommend APCON Development for any of your building needs. They are very professional but personable. They were able to transform our vision into a reality. A project plan was designed from the beginning and we stayed informed of the progress. We are very happy with results. All concerns were addressed when raised. We definitely plan to use APCON for any future projects.”

“Great work on our commercial remodel. Highly recommend”
