“As first-time investors, we didn't know where to start with our commercial project. American Midrise Express brought their developer team, architect, engineers, and construction manager to the table and walked us through the whole process, from development to construction. They coordinated directly with the city and our bank, aligned the schedules, and got every party on the same page, so we all felt confident moving forward. They also found cost savings and suggested a few design changes that made the project more profitable. If you're an owner or investor taking on your first commercial build, I highly recommend AMP.”
