“Raz went above and beyond giving my guest house kitchen and bathroom a make over in record time. His team was able to do the entire job in 2 days and it looks great. When small problems occurred he was there pretty much immediately to deal with them himself. His team completed some smaller projects on my list without charging me more and seems very committed to building a trusting relationship. It was a pleasure working with him and we will use Cohen Homes for future projects for sure.”

“After interviewing multiple contractors my husband and I decided Greg Vasquez was the best choice for our remodeling needs. Greg took time to confirm our desired outcomes and reviewed recommendations based upon his experience and expertise. That was certainly helpful to have insight as to what products were best for our needs. From kitchen to bathroom, sunroom to living room and office remodel, Greg was able to complete the work and clean up debris before leaving each day. There is no need to contact anyone else in our book, as he has done electrical, plumbing, tile, sheetrock, painting and texturing and gas appliance replacement for us. He even took pains-taking time and effort to level our sunroom slab before re-tiling. In addition, he was able to remove and reset our French doors that were installed incorrectly by a contractor I'll never use again. (We could keep him busy just fixing the mistakes previous contractors have made at my house). Greg is one whom we trust and respect - two vital qualities to consider when hiring someone to work in your house. My husband and I feel Greg has saved us from our endless weekend projects and we can't wait to have the next phase of remodeling commence.”

“Great handyman. He was very communicative and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Will most definitely be hiring him again.”

“I'm a Texas Realtor with 21 years of experience. I first hired Hagan's Restoration & Construction in 2020 to restore the exterior of my own home, and I've continued to use Patrick Hagan since. I've also referred him to 8 to 10 family members, neighbors, and clients, and from what they've shared with me, they have had great experiences with his work. I'm currently working with his company again on a home I'm preparing to list. In my experience, Patrick is honest and easy to work with. He has a good eye for color and balance, which has allowed me to hand off make-ready projects with little direction from me. I've found the quality of the work to be good, and the fact that I keep hiring him and sending others his way reflects my overall satisfaction. This is my own opinion based on my personal experience. I have not received compensation for this review. Realtor, Gina Warrington”

“Josh and his team were great to work with on my house renovation. We gutted and completely redid my bathroom, as well as all new flooring and paint in the house. He was communicative, professional, and a great advisor throughout the process. I've recommended him to all my friends.”

“There is no better project manager out there than Natalie, and she makes renovations small or large so much easier when she's on your side.”
