“I hired Cohen Homes as the general contractor for a variety of projects in my home. My goal was to complete an unfinished renovation and modernize the space before renting it out. The project included painting the walls and ceilings, patching holes, replacing and installing railings, installing a backsplash, adding shelving, replacing mirrors and light fixtures, and installing new flooring. Literally an insane amount of here's and there's because I tried to do some of it myself and realized I was in over my head.I worked with Raz, who walked through the home with me and provided thoughtful recommendations. I really appreciated his input because I'm not an interior designer and wasn't sure what finishes or upgrades would provide the best value. He even advised against some ideas that would have been overkill for my project. One thing that really stood out was that Raz wasn't trying to upsell mehe was focused on building trust and making sure I spent my money wisely.Based on that experience, I decided to move forward with Cohen Company. Throughout the project, Raz was regularly on-site and kept me updated with frequent texts and photos of the progress. Whenever a question came up or they encountered an issue, he always reached out to discuss my options instead of making assumptions or surprising me with additional charges later.During the renovation, they discovered a leak from the toilets. We initially shut off the water to see if it was a temporary issue, but after the new floors were installed, the leak returned. At that point, I decided to have the toilets replaced as well. Throughout the entire process, Raz's communication remained excellent. At no point did I feel out of the loop or uncertain about what was happening in my home, and I always felt that the project was in good hands. At the end of the project, Raz walked through everything with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I was very happy with the quality, attention to detail, and overall professionalism. It's clear that customer relationships matter to him, and it shows in the way he manages a project.I would absolutely use Cohen Homes again for future projects and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and honest general contractor.”

“I can confidentially recommend and suggest them to anyone needing a professional contracting service.”

“I had an amazing experience working with Bluebonnet build & remodel. Evi, our Project Manager, was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to all our feedback as the project progressed. He was well-informed, attentive, and highly professional. He took the time to listen to our needs and ensured our satisfaction at every stage of the project. Meeting with the interior designer, Amber, was a delight. She was accommodating and helped bring our vision to life by choosing the best design options for our new kitchen. The construction crew, too, was a pleasure to work with. They were always on time and professional and made sure the area was clean and prepared for work at the beginning and end of each day, making us feel comfortable and at ease. It was truly a pleasure working with the entire team at Bluebonnet . I'm confident I'll hire them again for future renovation projects!”

“I would confidently recommend Contract Remodeling Services to anyone considering a remodel.”

“The Lone Star team recently completed a long list of renovations that included repairing multiple cracks in the drywall and painting the walls and ceiling of the hallway and kitchen. They had to do a major job of replacing the rotted floor of the bathroom and leveling the supports to the bathroom and hallway to prevent further cracking of the drywall. They also replaced and insulated the hot water lines to the bathroom and kitchen sinks that had been non-functional for several years. They also installed a new water heater. Then came a simply spectacular remodel of the bathroom that turned it into the best looking room in the house. It is now modern and beautiful. They also removed and replaced aging electrical fixtures. They would send us pictures each day to show us the progress they had made so we were kept up to date about the work they were doing. We are completely pleased with their level of communication during the project, and more than happy with team's final result. They were professional, on time, and on budget. We plan on using them for the rest of our remodeling tasks in the future.”
