“The gutter repair and cleaning went great. His work quality and professionalism are exceptional.”

“Thoroughly cleaned gutters and fixed the pitch of the gutter to prevent leaking. excellent work!”

“I was so stressed about this repair so when I finally started looking for someone to help with a roof repair I was overwhelmed but I was completely blown away at how FAST, PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT AND AFFORDABLE ZPL Construction and Roofing was. THEY COMPLETELY SOLVED MY PROBLEM and I mean that. I first called a few larger companies and contractors and they wouldnt even talk about doing the job unless I tore off my whole roof! The big companies couldnt be bothered with matching shingles and blending new work into old but Alex from ZPL came out the same day I called, told me he could do the job, gave me a very fair price and literally completed the job two days later. My problem is solved and I CANNOT RECOMMEND ZPL Construction and Roofing enough.”

“Carlos and Favio showed up promptly same day and was able to get my gutter issue resolved swiftly.”

“Matt did an excellent job repairing our leaky roof. He was responsive, showed up exactly when he said he would, kept us updated throughout the process, and did a great job patching a large section of the roof. We had a pretty good rainstorm last weekend, and for the first time in a while, we stayed completely dry! We truly appreciate his professionalism, courtesy, and quality workmanship. I highly recommend Matt and his company to anyone in need of repairs.”
