“We hired this team to seal the roof after HVAC duct installation across 2 apartments — patching and resealing all the roof penetrations where the new ducts went through, making sure everything was fully weatherproofed and watertight. They adapted to our changing needs multiple times along the way without any pushback, the work was done fast, and the quality was excellent. Highly recommended!”

“Great work cleaning our gutters. Very responsive. Recommended the right solutions for levelers and gutter guards. Will use bigfoot roofing for all our roof and gutter needs”

“Perez Roofing installed new gutters and downspouts. They also repaired my roof. They were prompt and professional. They worked diligently for 3 days completing the job as promised. They cleaned up afterwards and took away all damaged gutter and roofing materials. They worked hard but were still friendly and respectful. I was so impressed with their work, I referred them immediately to my son to do his roof repairs. I now feel like I am ready for the projected rough weather this winter. I highly recommend Angel and his crew at Perez Roofing.”

“I recently noticed a small leak around my skylight. Safi came out to inspect it and quickly found the cause -- an exposed nail and poor sealing around the skylight flashing. We had received a few other quotes that were quite high, but Safi's estimate was very fair and reasonable. He returned the next day to complete the repair. We had two more days of rain afterward, and there were no signs of leaking, which confirmed the issue was fully resolved. I highly recommend Safi and Alpha Eagle Roofing for their prompt service, honest pricing, and quality work.”
