“Thanks Renato for your service for our gutter cleaning. Thanks for sharing all previous and after work photos. Really appreciate your work and hope to call you for your other services as well.”

“Review Just had a project done with MHL Roof & Builder for my roof and gutter repair. Miguel (appears to be the owner) showed up for the initial estimate visit. He is quite knowledgeable about roofing by addressing all my specific roof concerns (leaking, cracks seen on soffit, tile movement, leaking gutter, etc), and then he went up my roof to check everything else needed attention (found: cracked roof vent boots and additional damaged/rotten fascia). During quoting visit, He did not upsell. Only suggested what needs to be done to address my concerns/needs. He also gave honest assessment of my roof overall conditions. Later the day, he shared the quote for the work scope. The price i see is fair in the area. He also responded pretty fast on my additional questions for the quote. We agreed to proceed next week. On work day, he and his crew showed up on time and finished the work efficiently and with quality. During the process, he also helped me fix a lingering gutter leakage/paint issue, which was out of the original work scope. Appreciated that. After the work was done, he discounted me for one work item (gutter clean) due to time spent is less than what was quoted. In addition, he backs all work for 2 years as warranty. To me, Miguel is quite honest to deal with, with high level of integrity (among the top few of all contractors I worked with). No up-sale, easy to communicate and did a good job with fair price. Will definitely hire his team again for future projects.”

“We would definitely hire him again for routine gutter cleaning.”

“We got beautiful gutters from Manny. He provided exceptional work and we are very pleased. I highly recommend Manny.”

“The A1 Gutters team was very responsive and offered one of the best quotes and the ability to come out immediately, even though winter is the busiest time of the year. They understood my explanation of where the problem areas were and implemented the ideas I had talked about during the earlier assessment.”

“They repaired the low-slope roof on our house and also installed new gutters around the entire house. The work was done professionally and with great quality. I’m very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend them.”
