“We woke up this morning to a bad roof leak, likely from the ice dams that have accumulated on the roof this winter, and it was such a relief to hear back immediately from Luis with Master Elite, offering a concrete plan for a free estimate. Recognizing the emergency that it was he rearranged another morning appointment so he could come first thing and take a look at our property, walking us through the repairs that would be needed and how to work with our home owners insurance company to get the best value for repairs. He also took photos, which we need to document the problem for insurance, and got right to work clearing the ice dams from our roof to prevent further leakage. The larger repairs to the roof and interior will be a larger project unfolding over the coming days and weeks but I'm so grateful to have found such a responsive, well-informed, and conscientious expert to guide me through the steps forward, as well as taking quick action to fix the root of the problem, which he'd already done by noon the same day we discovered the leak. Amazing service!”

“2 Brothers Restoration recently replaced the roof on our farmhouse and we couldn’t be happier. From the initial meeting to the estimate to the job and completion, Brian stayed in touch keeping us informed of the status. The crew was experienced, hardworking and very professional. When the job was completed I was shown pictures of the roof to review and one of the owners inspected the workmanship himself. We had a great experience and will use 2 Brothers Restoration again.”
