Brandon P. says, “AJS Property Solutions LLC absolutely came through in the clutch for me. I was stuck staring at a half assembled kitchen table at 8 pm, completely over it, and he rolled in like a closer in the ninth inning and took over. In minutes he went from sorting a pile of parts to a clear plan, then executed it with calm, precise confidence. The work itself was top tier. Every bolt was tightened with care, every panel lined up perfectly, and he checked and rechecked that the table was solid, level, and ready for everyday use, not just “good enough.” He didn’t rush, didn’t cut corners, and respected my home and my time even though it was late. The value was honestly wild. He only wanted to charge me 60 dollars for the job, but the quality of what he did was easily worth 150 with anyone else. I paid him 120 and told him his work is worth more and he shouldn’t be afraid to charge for his real value. You’re not just getting a cheap quick fix; you’re getting proper, professional work. And this isn’t just some casual side gig guy. This is a fully recognized, official LLC operating on Thumbtack, and he carries himself like it: professional communication, punctual, clear about the job, and he made sure I was happy with the final setup before he left. By the time he walked out, I had a rock solid centerpiece for my kitchen that I know was built right. AJS Property Solutions LLC is now my go to for projects like this. If you’re debating whether to hire him, stop debating and book him. You’ll get high quality work, serious professionalism, and next level value from a legit, official business.”
