“Luis and his crew did an amazing job with my roof replacement. They were very professional and communicated everything throughout the process. The job was completed and they cleaned everything up so well. I spent many months shopping around and gathering quotes for a new roof and solution for my attic ventilation. My attic had moisture and I also needed to add ventilation to the roof which was leaking and damaged. Simbaina offered recommendations and we decided to go with a ridge vent and new roof. They had very fair pricing and top notch quality of work. This crew is the definition of a professional crew that you can trust with any important home projects. They do the job right and take pride in their work. I highly recommend Simbaina and I will definitely be hiring them again for my next home improvement project. Thank you again for all the help with replacing my roof and ensuring we don’t have anymore leaks.”

“Absolutely amazing job done, very professional and clean. Beat out every other competitor. Very happy with the work.”

“He went to repair and replace rotten fascia board and replace gutters on our 1854 Victorian home in Jersey City! Then he reported that 2 of our chimneys were exfoliating and found leak, he fixed them too!”

“I had an excellent experience with Nissi-Pro Restoration from start to finish. They showed up on time for everything - the estimate, contract signing, and installation.I originally just wanted to repair one section of my roof, but once they got up there, it was clear the plywood underneath the entire roof had failed and needed to be replaced. What was supposed to be a one-day job turned into two days, and they handled the unexpected situation without any drama and just got it done. They took care of everything - repaired both chimneys, installed new flashing, resealed the skylights, and added ridge vents that my roof desperately needed. The cleanup was impressive too. They picked up every nail and scrap, and hauled everything away when they finished.I received a 25-year warranty and the certificate I needed for my insurance company. What really stood out was how they adjusted to discovering the failing plywood. They kept the price fair even with the extra work, which I really appreciated.I was so happy with how everything turned out that I had them come back to replace my shed roof that was starting to leak, and now it matches my house. It was the same quality experience.I highly recommend Nissi-Pro Restoration if youre looking for a roofing contractor. Theyre professional, clean, reasonably priced, and they do what they say theyre going to do.”

“Jesse’s team was professional, prompt, and gave me the best estimate out of all the other companies. Will recommend this company to my neighbors.”

“Charlie was a great guy to work with. He was super communicative and took feedback well. We initially called him in to do a minor project- fixing some broken cement on the exterior wall, resealing our mudroom roof and cleaning up some seemingly small spots with water damage on the interior. Charlie and his team started on the project quickly but due to two full days of rain in the forecast had to stop working for a few days. In the meantime the rain storm revealed that our minor problem was actually more significant. I sent lots of pictures and videos to Charlie and he came up with an action plan. He came back out once the rain stopped to assess our roof, the neighbor's roof, the exterior of both buildings and the gutters (we live in connected brick row houses). Seemingly, the issue with water in the interior of our house was largely related to our neighbor's gutter being clogged and cracked in parts and some of their bricks not being sealed properly. Charlie informed them of the issue on their property, which they took care of. On our property, again, Charlie was able to put an action plan together quickly and got to work immediately- resealing our main building roof and installing new flashing (for extra protection), removing water damaged sections of the interior wall, stuccoing the walls, skim coating, sanding and painting. We also went ahead and had Charlie's team replace our gutter, in order to avoid future issues on the other shared party wall.”
