“Absolutely Outstanding Service from Trenick Roof! I cannot speak highly enough of Aaron and the entire team at Trenick Roof. After 17 years, my old roof was in dire need of replacement – suffering not only from its age but also from a poor original installation and the relentless Pacific Northwest weather. From beginning to end, Trenick Roof delivered an exceptional experience that truly deserves a full five stars. Aaron was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the issues with my old roof, the proposed solutions, and the materials he recommended. His expertise gave me immense confidence, and I felt fully informed every step of the way. I was particularly impressed that they used high-quality GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, which come with a fantastic 50-year warranty, providing long-term peace of mind. The crew was equally impressive. They were efficient, meticulous, and clearly took great pride in their work. Amazingly, they completed the entire job, start to finish, in just two days! What's more, they were able to schedule the work while I was out of town, which meant I didn't have to live through any of the construction noise – a huge bonus! The installation was seamless, and they ensured every detail was perfect, leaving my property spotless after completion. In terms of pricing, I got five different quotes before making my decision, and Trenick Roof was not only reasonably priced but also gave me their best price upfront, without any haggling or attempts to take advantage of me. And there were no high-pressure sales tactics. Their honesty and straightforward approach were incredibly refreshing. The new roof looks fantastic and, more importantly, I finally have peace of mind knowing my home is protected by a high-quality, expertly installed roof designed to withstand our challenging PNW weather. If you're looking for a roofing company that truly combines top-notch craftsmanship, honest communication, outstanding customer service, and great value, look no further than Trenick Roof. They exceeded all my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend them!”

“I called NWRM recently when I discovered a problem with my roof. I have used them a couple times in the past and have been very pleased with their work. Theyve done the best job of anyone inspecting and cleaning my concrete tile roof so when I noticed the facia had pulled away from the roof I didnt hesitate to call them.Micah was sent out to inspect it and I was so relieved to learn it wasnt as serious as I had feared. He was very professional and explained what needed to some clearly. By the end of the day I received a very reasonable quote to do the repair and clean the roof and gutters.Jacob and Matt were out the following week. They were timely, professional, and courteous. I had to leave before the work was finished but when I got home other than a beautifully cleaned roof you couldnt even tell they had been there. They did a fabulous job cleaning up when they were done. I highly recommend NWRM.”
