“When a tree fell on my elderly mother's home and caused extensive damage to the roof, windows, siding, fascia, and gutters, The Exteriors Company was there every step of the way. From my first call with Ryan to my final conversation with Jermaine, I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. Ryan was at the property within 30 minutes, quickly developed a plan for the scope of work, worked directly with the insurance adjuster, and made a complicated insurance claim much easier to navigate. His knowledge and guidance were invaluable, and he was never pushy or condescending.Once the project began, Jermaine truly went above and beyond. He kept me informed every step of the way, responded to every call and text promptly, and handled every detail with professionalism and care. I have high standardsespecially when it comes to my mother's homeand Jermaine never made me feel like I was asking for too much. Instead, he consistently went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right and that I was completely satisfied with the results. It felt like he treated the project as if it were his own home. That level of customer service is rare, and I can't say enough good things about him.A special thank you to Bob Hommon, whose craftsmanship in repairing an Andersen window and replacing the window in a door was exceptional. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect, and I truly appreciated the pride he took in his work. It's rare to find a company that combines professionalism, excellent communication, outstanding craftsmanship, and genuine customer care the way The Exteriors Company does. They still do business the old-fashioned waystanding behind their work and putting the customer first. I highly recommend them.”

“Great work when we had animal or storm damage to the roof soffit. They were like ninjas - never saw them. They just came & did the repairs. Their fee was very reasonable compared to others looked at. Would definitely hire them again.”

“Replaced 2 skylights efficiently and on time. Did the work at the exact time promised.”

“Its already been a year since Joryi from Renaissance Roofing and Restoration helped me with my insurance claim. Since then, we havent had any issues with the brand-new roof and gutters. I keep recommending them to my friends and family. If youre looking for a reliable exterior company, definitely give them a shot.”

“The Home Exteriors is definitely 5-Star in my estimation. I so appreciate an upfront & honest person & Kyle is certainly that. I got 4 quotes for a total roof & skylights replacement. His is the only one where I didn't see or feel any red flags, hype or pressure. Just matter of fact. His crew was thorough and hard working. They did a fantastic cleanup too. The communication was great & Kyle was here off & on during the day to check on the progress & let me know how everything was going. He answered any questions I had throughout the project. He also did his own followup cleaning after the crew was done. And - - the price was right. I would highly recommend The Home Exteriors.”
