“Alex arrived on time as expected and went to work on isolating the problem with my KitchenAid dishwasher - he examined the error codes and identified the issue. Went to work on clearing blocked hose and testing the fix. All went well. He also noticed a plumbing problem that would need a plumber call. Alex was very professional and easy to work with - I will certainly call him again for any appliance repair that I may need.”
